There is a Ackworth School Old Scholars Association group on Facebook which currently has just over 400 members.
Friends Reunited
Friends reunited is an old social networking website. Unfortunately unlike Facebook in order to fully utilise it you have to pay a subscription.
The site allows year groups from different institutions to keep in touch, there are groups for most recent years from the school on there.

There is a yahoo group that has been setup by scholars that left school in 1977.
